About
One method, any front.
Continuous Improvement & Project Management Specialist
I build end to end: the idea, the code, the hardware when needed and the path to production.
Career
I come from operations: more than a decade in demanding industrial and logistics environments, almost always with the same throughline — measure, standardise and improve.
I started analysing market data and sales KPIs at Northgate, moved through quality control of logistics flows at Amazon and grew over five years at DACHSER: from process technician to operations auditor and then to running the terminal and continuous improvement at the Lisbon branch, where I lived for two years. That Portuguese chapter gave me something manuals don't: adapting to another country, another language and another way of working, and still making the numbers improve. Back in Spain I led production planning and the supply chain at Ondupack.
I'm a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma, and that way of thinking — data before opinions, processes before heroes — is the same one I apply when I code. Since 2024 I've spent part of my time on my own projects: mobile apps, a LoRa livestock geolocation system, automated websites and data analysis with SQL and Python, with AI as a daily working tool. Learning fast and adapting — to a sector, a technology, a country — is probably what I do best.

How I work
I work with the operations rigor I bring from my career: measurable goals, data before opinions and end-to-end delivery —idea, code, hardware when needed and the path to production—. I don't consider anything done until I've seen it work.
The data of the people who use my apps stays on their device: no accounts, no analytics.
Since 2024 I run several fronts at once: four iOS apps published on the App Store, a LoRa livestock geolocation system in field testing and a network of websites in production.

With this many fronts open, tracking is half the work. The board lets me see where each project stands and what its next focus is: the published apps call for iterating on real-world use, Geo-Ovejas is maturing in the field toward a stable release and the website network keeps growing through automated publishing. It is the same portfolio discipline I use to decide where to invest my time.
