Scope

These terms apply to the apps developed by Sergio Fernández Carrasco: Almia, Temfugis, Sheepify and Mathaton (the “apps”).

Use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps on your devices. The apps require no registration or user account.

Purchases

Some apps offer a one-time premium unlock: a non-consumable purchase (one-time payment, no subscription). The price is shown on the App Store or Google Play listing before you buy. Almia is free and has no purchases.

Refunds

Purchases are handled through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refunds are requested directly from Apple or Google under their policies; the developer does not process payments or refunds.

No warranty

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranties about their operation and will not be liable for damages arising from their use. The apps are not a substitute for professional advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
